Course Schedule

Check In - September 9, post 2 pm
Course Starts - September 10 at 7:00AM
Course Ends - September 21 at 5:00PM
Check Out - after 5 pm, September 21 or by 10 am September 22

Book late afternoon or evening flights on September 22 to make it on time, if taking Ashram shuttle!

Module 1: September 10-14
Rest Break: September 15-16
Module 2: September 17-21

Prerequisite: Art of Living Part 1, Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Program and 2 Art of Silence Programs
