Bhavana Madhu
AYURVEDA PRACTITIONER, BAMS
Bhavana Madhu is an Ayurveda Practitioner with a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Science and Surgery from Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research and a Master’s degree in Family Medicine. She has been a part of the Art of Living community for over 15 years, a journey that continues to shape her inner and outer understanding of health.
Her connection with the Indian systems of medicine began early in life and deepened through lived experience, study, and self-practice. Bhavana’s work is rooted in ahara (diet), dinacharya (daily rhythms), and conscious lifestyle alignment, guiding individuals toward balance through awareness rather than force.
She believes that when we live in rhythm with nature, healing unfolds naturally; quietly, gently, and sustainably.
