  • Art of Living Canada Retreat Centre 13 Chemin de l'infinite Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc, QC, G0X 1N0 Canada (map)

Meru Chikitsa is an ancient Ayurvedic healing technique that focuses on restoring balance through light touches on the spine. This method enhances overall well-being by improving posture, spinal alignment, and energy levels while reducing pain and fatigue. It works on the body's meridians and circuits, promoting better mind-body connection and emotional health. Suitable for both healthy and unhealthy individuals,

Meru Chikitsa offers a holistic approach to addressing chronic and acute conditions without side effects. Practitioners will learn techniques to identify spinal patterns, release tension, and integrate stability into the system.
