Meru Chikitsa Training - Module 3 & 4
Meru Chikitsa is a unique healing modality rooted in ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and revived by Gurudev. Through gentle, precise techniques along the spinal column, practitioners help release deep-seated stress, improve energy flow, and support the body's natural healing processes. This hands-on training will equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to understand spinal imbalances, work with subtle energies, and facilitate greater physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Panchakarma Bodywork Practitioner Training
The objective of this course is to enable students to work as practitioners of 10 very effective Ayurvedic treatments including 2-hands and 4-hands Abhyanga (oil body massage), Swedana (herbal sweat therapy), Shirodhara (oil pouring head therapy), Shiroabhyanga (head massage), and Bastis for pain management and emotional release (for sacrum, neck, knees, heart and navel). In addition to performing treatments and massages, technicians will be taught the most important principles of Ayurveda. This training will give the tools to recognize and honor basic constitutional types, teach self-care routines and receive an introduction into running a professional Ayurvedic practice.
