Ayurvedic Cooking Program - Online
Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, teaches us that health is shaped not only by what we eat, but also by how we eat, when we eat, how food is prepared, and how well we digest it.
Food holds a very important place in Ayurveda. A well-prepared meal can nourish the body, support digestion, maintain energy, and help bring balance to both body and mind. Ayurveda also recognizes that there is no single diet that suits everyone — food choices can be adapted according to one’s constitution, digestion, season, lifestyle, and individual needs.
This 9-hour live online training on Zoom will introduce you to the foundations of Ayurvedic cooking in a simple and practical way. You will learn how to prepare nourishing everyday meals while understanding the Ayurvedic principles behind the ingredients, spices, combinations, and cooking methods you use.
The program offers a beautiful mix of traditional Indian and Western-style recipes, making Ayurvedic cooking accessible and easy to incorporate into modern daily life.
