Part 1: Training in Ayurvedic massage: the art of Abhyanga, Shirodhara and Marma. An insight into Ayurveda philosophy including knowledge of the three gunas (mind tendencies) and the three doshas (constitutional types: Vata, Pitta & Kapha)
Part 2: Training in complementary techniques : Vishesh, Padagata, Karna Purna, Katti Basti, Head, hands & feet massage, Facial massage & Marma and Swedna.
Ayurvedic knowledge of the 7 dhatus (body tissues), the 3 Malas (waste products) and the disease process according to Ayurveda.
